At Liorendos, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our lamps and lighting products. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms of our 12-month limited warranty, including what is covered, what is excluded, and the process for submitting a claim.
Note: This warranty is separate from our standard return policy and specifically addresses manufacturing defects and component failures.
1. Warranty Period and Coverage
All brand-new lamps and lighting fixtures purchased directly from our store are covered by a 12-month limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:

Electrical component faults (such as internal wiring, drivers, or switches) occurring under normal, non-commercial use.

Faulty hardware or structural components.
If a product is confirmed by our team to have a qualifying manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

Replacement: Replace the item with the same or an equivalent model.

Refund: Issue a partial or full refund if a repair or replacement is not feasible.
2. What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)
This limited warranty is designed to cover defects originating from the manufacturing process. It does not cover:

Normal wear and tear resulting from daily use (e.g., minor cosmetic blemishes or fading of finishes over time).

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling.

Damage resulting from incorrect installation or assembly not in accordance with the provided instructions.

Damage caused by electrical power surges, fluctuations, or connection to incorrect voltage supplies.

Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized parties.

4. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

Defect Confirmed: If we confirm that the issue is a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs (if a return is required) and the shipping costs for sending the replacement or repaired item to you.

No Defect Found / Exclusion Applies: If, upon inspection, the issue is determined to be outside the scope of this warranty (e.g., damage caused by misuse), any associated inspection and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Limitation of Liability
This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liorendos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of use, property damage, or installation costs) resulting from the purchase, use, or failure of the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other statutory rights which vary by jurisdiction.
